Dr. Yi Li has a Ph.D. in biochemistry and is a registered Patent Agent admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. While being a scientist specializing in chemistry and medical diagnostic technologies, she is also a prolific inventor. Specifically, Dr. Li is a primary inventor of fourteen (14) issued U.S. patents and several other pending patent applications. Dr. Li’s legal practice is primarily concentrated in patent law. She specializes in the scientific fields of biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceutical and mechanical arts. Her practice includes the filing and prosecution of domestic, international and foreign patent applications. In result, she has obtained numerous issued patents for both corporations and individual inventors. In 2004, Dr. Li was President of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Florida.
